1. General Provisions
These Terms of Service (hereinafter: the “Terms”) govern the relationship between visitors and customers of the Puppyssimo online store, available at: https://puppyssimo.com, and the craft business Puppyssimo, production, trade, and services, owned by Eleonora Petković, located at Kochova 15, Pula, Croatia, VAT ID (OIB): 03978923092 (hereinafter: the “Seller”).
These Terms apply to all users accessing the online store, browsing its content, or making purchases through it. By using the online store and/or completing a purchase, the user confirms that they are fully familiar with and accept these Terms.
The Seller reserves the right to modify the content and these Terms at any time without prior notice. All changes become effective upon publication on this page. Users are advised to review this page regularly.
These Terms are prepared in accordance with the applicable Consumer Protection Act and the Obligations Act.

2. Seller Information

The Puppyssimo online store offers carefully handcrafted products for pets, as well as other items the Seller may offer for sale. All products are made in Pula in small batches, with special attention to quality, functionality, and design.
All prices are stated in euros (EUR). Prices are valid at the time of ordering and may change without prior notice. In case of technical errors or incorrect pricing/product information, the Seller reserves the right to cancel the order and inform the customer immediately.
Product images and descriptions may slightly differ from the actual product due to handmade production, lighting conditions, or display settings.
Puppyssimo may periodically offer certain products on promotional sale. These products will be available under the same conditions to all customers or to a specific defined group of customers.
After the promotional period ends, orders under those conditions will no longer be accepted.
4. Ordering and Contract Formation
A customer is any legal or natural person who places an order and completes payment in the online store.
Customers can place orders via the online store by selecting products, adding them to the cart, entering personal and contact details, selecting payment and delivery methods, and confirming the order.
By placing an order, the customer confirms that they accept these Terms and agree to enter into a distance sales contract in accordance with consumer protection regulations. After receiving the order, the Seller sends an order confirmation to the customer’s email address.
The invoice provided with the goods or electronically via email serves as confirmation of the contract.
Orders can be placed 24/7.
All products are either in stock or will be produced within a few days after ordering and are available in limited quantities. If a product is unavailable, the customer will be informed and offered a refund or replacement.
The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the provided information.
5. Payment Methods
Customers may choose one of the following payment methods:
card payment via Stripe secure online payment system
bank transfer based on an invoice sent by email
All payment data is processed securely and is not stored or processed on the webshop servers.
Card payments via Stripe
Payments are processed via Stripe, which ensures maximum security. Neither Puppyssimo nor Stripe has access to your card details; only the card issuer processes them. Stripe is a secure online payment authorization system that protects all transaction data using advanced security protocols.
6. Delivery and Shipping
Delivery is carried out via contracted courier services (GLS, BOX NOW or Croatian Post). Shipping costs are clearly shown before order completion.
Products are carefully packaged to prevent damage during transport. If visible damage occurs, the customer must immediately notify the courier, refuse the package, and inform the Seller.
The Seller is not responsible for delays caused by courier services but will do everything possible to ensure timely delivery. Delays may occur during holidays, non-working days, sales periods, or unforeseen circumstances.
7. Right of Withdrawal (Returns)
Customers have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of receiving the product without stating a reason. To exercise this right, the customer must notify the Seller via email and return the product unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except in cases of defective or incorrect products. After receiving and inspecting the returned item, the Seller will issue a refund within 14 days.
Personalized or custom-made products are not eligible for return unless defective or damaged.
8. Complaints and Defects
Customers may file a complaint in case of a defective product, incorrect item, or damaged shipment. Complaints must be submitted via email or post with photos and proof of purchase.
The Seller will respond within 15 days. If the complaint is justified, the customer may receive a repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund.
9. Personal Data Protection
The Seller collects and processes personal data solely for order processing, communication, and legal obligations.

Data is processed in accordance with the GDPR and is not shared with third parties except where necessary for delivery or legal compliance.
10. Website Use
All website content is for personal use only. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or modification is prohibited.
The Seller strives for accuracy but does not guarantee that all information is always error-free or up to date.
11. Copyright
All content (texts, images, logos, graphics) is owned by Puppyssimo or used with permission. Any unauthorized use is prohibited.
12. Disclaimer
The Seller is not responsible for damages resulting from improper product use, failure to follow instructions, or third-party delivery delays.

Products remain the property of the Seller until full payment is received.
13. Dispute Resolution
In case of disputes, both parties will attempt to resolve them amicably. If not possible, the competent court is the court at the Seller’s registered office.
